How much is the 12-month IPTV plan?
US$60.99 for one device, which works out to US$5.08 a month. Adding a second device doubles the total, and the selector above the plans shows the exact amount.
Is the 12-month plan better value than paying monthly?
Yes: twelve 1-month plans would cost US$155.88 per device, while the 12-month plan costs US$60.99. The monthly plan is still useful if you want to try the service first.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan covers one device. To watch on more screens at the same time, choose up to 4 devices in the selector above the plans. The total is the plan price multiplied by the number of devices, and you see it before you order.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your access runs until the end of the period you chose. To keep watching, message us on WhatsApp and pick the plan length you want for the next period.
Can I move my subscription to another device?
Yes. Your login works in any compatible player app, so you can install the app on your new TV or box and sign in there. If you want to watch on more screens at the same time, add devices to your plan instead.
Can I get a refund?
The conditions are set out in our refund policy. If something doesn’t work, message us on WhatsApp first so we can help you fix it.
